Tonight’s question, greetings, and banter here. (More)

Today the God-King declared victory over ISIS and said he’ll pull all U.S. troops out of Syria. The Russian state news agency TASS immediately celebrated, but Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said it would be a “huge … mistake” and the Washington Post’s Josh Rogin said the God-King “disregarding the advice of his top national security officials” and Max Boot called it “the Trump Doctrine in operation: Trump does whatever he wants. It could be based on what he had for breakfast — or there could be something more sinister going on.”

Also, Jennifer Rubin cited Harvard Law School’s Lawrence Tribe and DOJ guidelines in proposing that special counsel Robert Mueller should consider indicting the Trump Organization, and three Kansas state legislators have said they’re switching to the Democratic Party.

Setting aside the merits of withdrawing from Syria, does this seem like a well-considered decision of a Commander-in-Chief?
