Tonight’s question, greetings, and banter here. (More)

Today the God-King called himself a “very stable genius” and congratulated himself for coercing NATO members into boosting their defense spending, but French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau issued statements reaffirming their existing spending commitments, negotiated in 2014, and said they had not agreed to the God-King’s new demands.

Later, House Republicans insulted and cursed FBI agent Peter Strzok and even demanded he testify on matters that the FBI counsel had instructed him not to answer, but Strzok held his ground and angrily rebutted Republicans’ accusations.

Were the made-for-TV spectacles in Brussels and the House hearing room merely exercises in self-aggrandizement?
