Tonight’s question, greetings, and banter here. (More)

Today the God-King’s lawyers went to the Supreme Court of Wingnut Opinion to demand that special counsel Robert Mueller return tens of thousands of transition team emails obtained from the General Services Administration. But GSA officials told Buzzfeed that the contract specified that the transiton team’s emails “would not be held back in any law enforcement” actions and emails would be monitored and audited, “Therefore, no expectation of privacy can be assumed.” And legal experts told the Washington Post “It’s not your personal email. If it ends in .gov, you don’t have any expectation of privacy” and, if the God-King’s team want to challenge that, “You go to the judge and complain. You don’t issue a press release or go to Congress. It appears from the outside that this is part of a pattern of trying to undermine Mueller’s investigation.” Will the God-King and his wingnut “feedback loop” discredit the investigation, or does this prove that the God-King’s lawyers are “a team of has-beens, 3rd or 4th rate lawyers and in some cases simple incompetents?”
