Today the New York Times suspended White House correspondent Glenn Thrush as Vox published the accounts of several young female journalists who say Thrush sexually harassed them and a second woman accused Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) of sexual misconduct, saying he groped her bottom as they posed for a photo at the 2010 Minnesota State Fair, and Leigh Corfman appeared on NBC’s Today show to discuss Roy Moore molesting her when she was 14. Also, a Wall Street Journal column dismissed criticisms of the GOP tax bill by comparing children to pets and Vox’s Matthew Yglesias reported on the GOP’s many lies about ‘tax reform.’ And special counsel Robert Mueller asked the Department of Justice to turn over emails and other documents, both internal and communications with the White House, related to the firing of FBI Director James Comey, while The Daily Beast’s Lachlan Markey highlighted the network of nepotism in the God-King’s administration.
