Tonight’s question, greetings, and banter here. (More)
Today on State Sunday Meet Week Nation, NRA chief Chris Cox opposed a ‘bump stock’ ban saying “We don’t believe bans ever worked on anything” but Rick Santorum called for a ban on violent video games citing “a mountain of evidence” that they cause real violence, despite a 25-year decline in real violence as video gaming boomed. Meanwhile, the Vice God-King walked out of an Indianapolis Colts game because 23 San Francisco 49ers’ players knelt in peaceful protest during the national anthem, in what was later revealed to be a pre-planned political stunt, yet the neither he nor the God-King said a word against Nazis chanting and carrying torches again last night in Charlottesville. Oh, and the God-King plans to sabotage Obamacare by executive order but said he doesn’t care about health care anyway because “I want to focus on North Korea, I want to focus on Iran, I want to focus on other things. I don’t want to focus on fixing somebody’s back or their knee or something.” Was Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) accurate in calling the White House “an adult daycare center?”
