Tonight’s question, greetings, and banter here. (More)
Today the Washington Post’s Adam Entous reported that both FBI Director James Comey and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper agree with the CIA’s assessment that Russia’s hacking-to-WikiLeaks campaign was done to help elect the Lapdog-elect, and Entous’ colleague Greg Sargent reported that the Lapdog-elect knew about Russia’s involvement before the election. Entous’ report undermines a TownHall story by Ed Klein that said Comey told the Lapdog-elect that the FBI and Clapper had concluded the Russian hack “didn’t influence” the election and that CIA Director John Brennan “takes his marching orders from President Obama.” And in a press conference today, President Obama blamed Russian President Vladimir Putin for the meddling campaign and said the U.S. would respond “in a way they know but not everybody will.” Will Russia pay a price for interfering in our election?
