Today former CIA Director Michael Morell endorsed Hillary Clinton, saying she “is highly qualified to be commander in chief” while calling Donald Trump “unqualified for the job … a threat to our national security … an unwitting agent of the Russian Federation.” Also, GOP insiders are reportedly urging Trump to withdraw, although Richard Mayhew doubts Trump has any incentive to care what GOP insiders want. And a new Atlanta Journal-Constitution poll shows Clinton leading in Georgia, although Erick Erickson explains that early polling in Georgia often leans more Democratic than actual elections. But with Trump’s white working class support waning, does Clinton now have a durable lead or only a post-convention bump?
