Tonight’s question, greetings, and banter here. (More)
Today the U.S. Supreme Court deadlocked 4-4 and let stand an injunction barring enforcement of President Obama’s DREAMers Rule. Also, House Democrats’ sit-in for gun control ended when Speaker Ryan adjourned the House and began the July 4th recess early, prompting Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi to remark “What could they be thinking Whatever it is, they don’t want to tell anybody about it. That’s why they left in the dead of night.” Meanwhile, NRA radio host Cam Edwards said House Democrats were “Kind of like, you know, criminals and terrorists” and German police killed a would-be mass shooter in a Viernheim movie theater. As gun control is an increasingly partisan issue and it has become a Democratic Party litmus test, will it affect Larry Sabato’s projected 2016 Electoral College map?
