“So we’re both doin’ nothin’,” Melanie said.

Norm raised his hand. “All three of us.”

“You’re not doin’ nothin’,” Laurie said, turning to Norm. “You raised your hand.”

“True,” Norm said. “But you’re not really doin’ nothin’ either. You’re breathin’.”

“And digestin’,” Melanie added, patting her belly.

“So really we’re multi-taskin’,” Norm said.

“While doin’ nothin’,” Laurie insisted.
