Today a grand jury refused to indict the Cleveland police officer who killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice last November in what prosecutor Timothy McGinty called “an absolute tragedy but [not] a crime.” Also, an annual Gallup survey found Americans named Hillary Clinton and President Obama as the most admired woman and man in the world, by wide margins. It was Clinton’s 14th straight year and her record-setting 20th year as most admired woman, and President Obama’s 8th consecutive year as most admired man. But who tied Pope Francis for a distant second?
