Today the New York Times took criticism for a botched story on the social media postings of the San Bernardino shooters. Contrary to the Times lead and breathless WHannabes at Tuesday’s debate, Tasfeen Malik used a pseudonym and strict privacy settings to keep her jihad posts and IMs hidden and DHS screeners would need probable cause and a search warrant to access those. And Kevin Drum notes this is the second major story those two Times reporters have bungled. Will the WHannabes now argue that DHS should ignore the Fourth Amendment?
Today on Campus
