Today a Baltimore judge declared a mistrial after the jury deadlocked on all four charges against police officer William Porter, one of six officers facing charges in the death of Freddie Gray and Kira Lerner explained how police unions push for contracts that derail misconduct charges. Also, the Senate Intelligence Committee will review whether Ted Cruz revealed classified information in last night’s debate and Ezra Klein explained the budget deal that leaders in Congress agreed to last night. If both parties have qualms, is it probably a good negotiation?
