Today Josh Marshall said the 2016 GOP primaries will be a two-horse race, with Jeb Bush and Gov. Scott Walker (WI) the only serious contenders. The New York TimesNate Cohn agreed, casting Bush as the Invisible Primary Leader and Gov. Walker as the Mainstream Alternative Candidate, with the rest of the GOP field mere Factional Favorites. But Dick Morris said Sen. Rand Paul can’t win. Yes, Dick “Always Wrong” Morris. Does this “thrilling news” mean “The race is over. Rand Paul has won. There is no way he can be denied?”
