Today on Week Face Sunday State Press, St. Louis alderman Antonio French called for more house cleaning at the Ferguson Police Department, following Darren Wilson’s resignation yesterday. Also, two police chiefs criticized the bungled response in Ferguson, while Rudy Giuliani said black communities bear “more responsibility” for “unfair” police encounters. And attorneys for Michael Brown’s parents wondered whether Wilson “ever had a conscience” and said the family may sue for wrongful death. If they do and win, who should pay the judgment?
