Today Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell promised there will be no more shutdowns over the Affordable Care Act. But the Tea Party remain a potent minority and the GOP are still likely to hold a House majority after 2014, although a Democratic wave is more achievable after the shutdown. Part of that may hinge on whether HHS can fix problems at the federal health care website, although Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will not resign and Gov. Rick Perry is now encouraging Texans to enroll in the ACA. Will the website’s glitches be a major story by the midterms?
