Today Egyptian security forces stormed two camps of supporters of deposed President Mohammed Morsi in and around Cairo. The Egyptian government admits to killing at least 149 people, including a British news cameraman, and former President Morsi’s Muslim Brotherhood claims that at least 2000 died in the crackdown. A French news agency reports that pro-Morsi protesters burned three Coptic Christian churches after the attacks. Should the U.S. suspend aid to Egypt until a stable, elected, civilian government emerges?
