Today on This Press Union Face Fox, Sen. Mark Udall (D-CO) was skeptical of the NSA’s PRISM program, saying “It hasn’t been proven that it works, uniquely,” and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) cited two declassified examples of the program’s effectiveness. Meanwhile, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said he would “challenge this at the Supreme Court level,” and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) contended that lawmakers had access to briefings before they voted to authorize the program. And the man who leaked the program fled to China. Have the media been played?
