Tonight’s question, greetings, and banter here. (More)

Today POLITICO quoted Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) saying “I’m not gay. So I’m not going to marry one.” He’s not unique; Adam Serwer reminds us that Sen. Jon Kyl (R-AZ) said “I don’t need maternity care. So requiring that on my insurance policy is something that I don’t need and will make the policy more expensive.” Tom McCarthy notes that empathy is “one of those magic traits that supposedly separate us from barnyard animals.” (Don’t miss his deft ending.) How many logical flaws fit in “no one has the right to redefine marriage for everyone else?”
