Tonight’s Campus Question
This week Vice President Joe Biden summarized the president’s first term: “Bin Laden is dead and General Motors is alive.” Senator John McCain criticized the campaign for “diminishing the memory of September 11th and the killing of Osama bin Laden by turning it into a cheap political attack ad,” despite theater-sized images of 9/11 at the 2008 GOP Convention. Ben Shapiro said the order authorizing the Bin Laden raid left “all control in the hands of Admiral McRaven,” yet the president ordered a change that “proved critical to the success of the mission.” Are Republicans in “pound the table” territory on Bin Laden?
