Tonight’s Campus Question

Attorney General Eric Holder responded to the Fifth Circuit Court’s demand for a “three-page, single-spaced letter” on whether the Obama administration believe federal courts have the authority to overturn laws today. Holder’s response was single-spaced and on three pages, but a third of the first page was the address and half of the last page was blank. Should Attorney General Holder and President Obama be impeached for failing to follow the order? (Answers must be written in cursive, using blue or black ink, on an 8×11″ yellow legal pad, and at least 100 words.)
