Tonight’s Campus Question
 
The Washington Post‘s Ezra Klein reported today on a study showing Americans pay too much for prescription drugs and health care services. We don’t demand or receive more health care than people in other developed countries; we just pay more, largely because “customers” can rarely say “No” while “shopping” for health care. As Klein wrote: “imagine what you would pay for a television if the salesmen at Best Buy knew that you couldn’t leave without making a purchase.” What politically possible steps should progressive Democrats advocate to curb health care profiteering?
