Bettors at Intrade have Mitt Romney an 87% Intrade favorite to win the GOP nomination after his wins in Iowa and New Hampshire. The race now heads to South Carolina, where the state Republican chair says voters could provide an upset. But Romney has a 10-point lead and most state insiders predict an easy victory. Both Iowa and New Hampshire had lower-than-expected turnout. If Romney wins South Carolina with mediocre turnout, will the Enthusiasm Gap become the dominant story for the rest of the primaries?
