Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain has released an ad with graphic images from 9/11, including the body of Father Mychael Judge being pulled from the rubble. The soundtrack is Cain singing “God Bless America,” intercut with screaming pedestrians and sirens. The ad concludes with Cain’s words: “We must never, never, never, never forget.” His campaign says this is a “sincere and heartfelt” tribute and not a political ad. Is Cain exploiting, exploiting, exploiting, exploiting Americans’ grief for political gain?
Good evening and fist bumps! (but feel free to ::hugggg:: amongst yourselves).
