Just when you thought all references to Haley Barbour’s belly were over and done with Mean Cruel JanF brings it up again … kind of like an eructation.
The moment I saw that Stewart clip earlier this week I knew it would be appearing in Hemmed-In this weekend. I know people who stayed up later than usual Tuesday or was it Wednesday night to see him take them down live.
It was the best of the Jon Stewart clips by far. I can’t get excited about the royal family being royal.
Even with the relative lack of other content from Stewart it was just overall a Stewart piece. It’s those takedowns which garner so much viewership for the Daily Show.
Great video selection, Jan. I always love the way I can come here on Saturday to get a few smiles. 🙂
Colbert was phenomenal, I thought. Loved Stewart too.
Thank you for these, Jan. I avoid Faux Noise and all their spinoffs, so I had no idea they were now arguing about the color of the border of a Hawaii birth record … and the fact that typewriters are rare in hospital delivery rooms…. 🙄
I would have preferred a stenographer or a video camera. Didn’t they realize he would be president someday and need authentication?
Add this to the list of things that make good sensible people not want to be politicians. Our loss.
