Tonight’s question, greetings, and social banter here. (More)
Today’s Buzz is the BPI Campus Student Union: where the students and faculty gather to play cards (no cheating!), talk about the weather, the news and their lives as they wait for classes to begin. In the morning, we have Campus Chatter with Today in History and morning greetings.
Each evening we have Campus Question where we pose a question of the day to get things rolling. Feel free to discuss the question of the day or other questions (from other days!) or the weather or what you had for supper. Only one rule: play nice … or I will have to call the BPI Webmistress.
Or worse … Sister Mary Discipline. Class … Class … CLASS!.
|Today’s Campus Question|
Fifty years ago, President Dwight Eisenhower, while warning of the military-industrial complex, stated “we can no longer risk emergency improvisation of national defense; we have been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions.” Do we need a “permanent armament industry” and does that lead to permanently looking for another war?
Good Evening and fist bumps! (but feel free to hugggg amongst yourselves).
